Anika sits at the rare intersection of clinical expertise and commercial acumen. She helps healthcare and NFP organisations build strategies that honour their mission, serve their client community, all whilst building sustainable funding mechanisms, partnerships and governance. With NFPs gathering momentum and looking to scale, or new innovative healthcare services, Anika can be an invaluable partner to help build a path forward.
Working as an OT in London, Anika shaped and led an early discharge team — reducing hospital bed days, lowering long-term care costs, and delivering high client satisfaction. Results were presented at the British Association of Occupational Therapy Conference. More recently, Anika partnered with Stronger Together for Spinal to lead their Black Tie Ball fundraising strategy — delivering $330k, twice the funds raised compared to previous years.

Anika has 15 years’ experience in MedTech at Johnson & Johnson. Individually she won multiple Salesperson of the Year awards, Team of the Year, and was a consistent member of the Sales Excellence Council. As a leader she created a culture of transparency and high performance — driving her team to overachieve on target, her mentee winning Salesperson of the Year, and delivering turnaround performances within the team.

Designed and delivered a national education and Field Trainer framework for J&J ANZ, incorporating adult learning principles and digital tools across a distributed geography. This resulted in the creation of a development pathway toward regional roles and an increase in overall team knowledge. Developed and launched a Marketing Development Program for J&J ANZ, building a newly formed team’s capability, culture, and commercial impact.

Anika identified the need for a senior mentorship group for female leaders at J&J — recognised as global best practice, resulting in multiple members being promoted into senior leadership locally and globally. She also led an enterprise-wide mentoring program at J&J, building skills and confidence across functions. Through personalised coaching, team members have progressed into sales management, marketing leadership, and regional education roles.
